Have you ever wondered where those actors you loved in days of yore have disappeared to?

Whether you're curious about the whereabouts of stars MIA or you'd like to post updates on them, this is the place to go.

Let's start with....

Mia Sara:

Most famous for her role as Ferris Buellers girlfriend, Sloane Peterson in the iconic 80's comedy, she also starred in Legend with Tom Cruise and, er, Timecop with Jean-Claude Van Damme, then seemed to disappear.

In 1996, she married Sean Connerys son, Jason (or Robin of Sherwood as he's most remembered) and they had a son, but divorced in 2002. She is now working mainly in TV, guest starring in shows such as CSI and Steven Kings Nightmares and Dreamscapes. She is currently dating Jim Hensons son, Brian and they have a young daughter.

Dolph Lundgren

Famous for his portrayls of He-Man, The Punisher and most notably Ivan Drago in Rocky 4 in the 80's, Lundgren starred in a shit load of DTVs.

Dolph has no less than 4 movies out this year following a 2 year hiatus - including a role in Stallone's new directorial project The Expendables.

Rick Moranis

Most famous for his role in Ghostbusters (1984), this comedy actor also starred in classics such as Little Shop of Horrors, Parenthood and the 'Honey I shrunk...' movies.

Moranis more or less retired from making movies in 1997, after the death of his wife from liver cancer, as he found it difficult working and raising his children single-handedly and he admitted he had made enough money from the 'Honey I Shrunk...' series to comfortably retire.

On June 24, 2008, Moranis declined to come out of retirement to join the other cast members of Ghostbusters in the production of a new video game based on the films, although In April of 2009, Entertainment Weekly's website quoted Harold Ramis as saying that Moranis was indeed on board for the third Ghostbusters movie that Sony Pictures was developing.

Michael Keaton

One of my favourite actors ever, Keaton hasn't been given a good, meaty role since Jackie Brown and has never fully realised the success he enjoyed during his Batman years.

He got his big break from Tim Burton in 1988 with the film Beetlejuice ( he still considers this his favourite role) and teamed up with Burton again in 1989 for the big screen version of Batman, which became a huge box office hit. He made it a trio with Batman Returns in 1992 and was all set to return for Batman forever in 1995, but refused to take on the role when learning that Tim Burton would not be directing. Even the offer of a reported $35,000,000 from Joel Schumacher couldn't budge him.

During the 90's he had sporadic success in films such as Pacific Heights, My Life, The Paper and Jack Frost, but nothing that matched his early success.
He got a short lived boost playing the same character in two Elmore Leonard adaptations, Jackie Brown (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), but seemed to fade into virtual obscurity after that, only making a slight comeback in the 2005 chiller White Noise.

Keaton was reportedly offered the part of Dr. Jack Shepard on TV series Lost on the understanding that it would be a short lived role. On learning that it would be more long term, he withdrew.
Keaton is slated to join the Toy Story animated film's cast for the upcoming Toy Story 3, providing the voice of Barbies boyfriend, Ken.

Ernie Hudson

From the giddy heights of Ghostbusters and The Hand That Rocks The Cradle, Ernie has been a fine supporting actor - currently pencilled in for voicework on Ghostbusters The Game and Ghostbusters 3. He has two sons, Ernie, Jr. and Rahaman.

YAHOO SERIOUS

In 1988, Yahoo Serious co-wrote, produced, and directed the comedy 'Young Einstein', an intentionally inaccurate movie portraying Albert Einstein as a Tasmanian farmer who discovers rock music and surfing, romances Marie Curie and derives the formula E=MC2 while trying to discover a means of creating beer bubbles. It was a big hit and he was immediately hailed as the new big thing.

However In 1993, Yahoo Serious released his next film, Reckless Kelly, a satire about a modern descendant of the notorious Australian bank robber Ned Kelly who also becomes a movie star in Hollywood. While Reckless Kelly was a hit in Australia, it failed outside of the country and ended Serious's bid for mainstream international popularity.

He then disappeared off the radar untill 2000 when he released his third film, Mr. Accident, about the most accident-prone man in the world. Like Reckless Kelly, the film was not a commercial success.

As of December 2008 he is working on his 4th feature, a war movie about the Kokoda Track campaign.
