Dead eyes, Bad 3D, poorly conceived project to start with, potential disaster etc etc

That's what they said about Avatar. Razz

But remember, this is Spielberg and Jackson together, and those images are very faithful to Herge. Wink

I'm sure I've read that Bell wasn't happy with King Kong and all the green screen work, which makes me wonder why he's be in this?

The second Tintin film will be called Prisoners of the Sun, and British writer Anthony Horowitz, who did the Alex Rider books and creator of the ITV series Foyle's War, is writing it!! Very Happy

Foyle's War is great, Alex Rider, not so much.

Yeah, they did a film of one of the books, Stormbreaker, (which Andy Serkis was in), it was quickly forgotten.

It had a great cast but is one of the worst films I've ever seen.

Don, the picture you linked to from Empire, I can't see it. I also can't load Empire at all, using various browsers. It looks like its gone kaput! Is it working for you?

EDIT: Ignore all that. I can see the pic now and Empire is working again! Whenever it goes offline I always become paranoid and thinks it's just not working for me!

Halfway through that trailer I realised I had a big grin on my face. Really looking forward to it.
