Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

I'm surprised no-one has talked about this film yet. It was filmed back in the Summer of 2008, and it has been kept underwraps and secrecy. Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer seem intent on getting another franchise up and running after POTC, and they've taken on the popular computer game series Prince of Persia, and they've made a film of the most popular game of the series, The Sands of Time!!

It looks good, and will Jake Gyllenhaal make a good action hero?? He certainly looks the part!! Also in the film are the lovely Gemma Arterton (St. Trinians, Quantum of Solace) and so are Sir Ben Kingsley and Alfred Molina, (both baddies?? :: ) Mike Newell, (Four Weddings and a Funeral, Donnie Brasco and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) is directing. It's out for May 2010, I see a big hit coming!!
